Innovations Driving the Future of Modular Chargers
Interconnected, Efficient, Compact, Smart, and High‑Performance → with Bidirectional Load‑Sharing & Simplicity
Charging
Based on our patented innovations and the achievements reached during development and validation within German government-funded technology projects for charging and e-Mobility, we can now leverage our technology for Charging as well.
The key system Benefits
- Cost savings
- Higher efficiency
- Compact and modular design
- Reduction of complexity and cabling efforts thanks to integrated devices
HV charger stations
Key Features
- ULTRA CONNECTED Charger
- Integrated Modularity
- Intelligent power-flow control
- Dynamic power distribution
- Thermal management
- High charging power without exceeding grid limitations
- Integrated energy buffers
- Buffer sharing
- High flexible Input & Output
- Dynamic power distribution
Our patented (pending) charging station technology empowers you to build smart, bidirectional high-performance Charging station(s) with:
- Integrated Modularity: multiple charging modules can be added without redesigning the input stage.
- Intelligent power-flow control and buffer sharing, allowing high charging power without exceeding grid limitations
- Integrated energy buffers (e.g., batteries or ultracapacitors) to handle peak loads (e.g., supercharging > 300 kW) and share buffer capacity across multiple chargers
Example Scenario
Even if the grid can only supply 10 kW, multiple chargers with integrated energy buffers can work together so that Vehicle “n” can still be charged with 300 kW.
The system combines:
- Buffered energy
- The available grid power
- And, if enabled, the energy of other connected EVs
to deliver the required charging power (300 kW)
Energy-Cost Optimization
- The integrated buffers (batteries or ultracaps) can store energy when prices are low and release it when prices are high; enabling smart energy buying and selling strategies.
Vehicle-Batteries Connected to the Grid
- Ready for smart grid integration and V2G (Vehicle-to-Grid) scenarios
- The technology (by Design) also supports scenarios where connected vehicles act as temporary energy buffers.
- Energy is automatically replenished before the user needs the vehicle again.
Flexibility & Scalability
- High flexible Input & Output: AC or DC
- Input: Compatibility with both AC and DC power sources, including public grids and renewables. Intelligent current-based input control prevents grid overload.
- Output: Configurable AC/DC charging profiles.
- Intelligent control logic: Enables dynamic power distribution, thermal management, and compatibility with multiple charging protocols.
- Scalable, and future-ready architecture
